During my photography of the tree, I had other people use the flashlights on their cameras to assist in illuminating it. It was then when I realized that even though the photo was taken in the black of the night, I was still able to distinguish the tree’s figure and obtain decent lighting. Upon this thought, I realized that yes, in fact, some things do shine bright in the dark. Light does not always help to find something. Stars in the sky are an ideal example. Snowy owls as well, seeing as they tend to live in habitats that can experience nighttime for days on end. This exemplifies that with as little light as possible, things can still shine bright.
